Projects
Have the ability to view a complete list of all projects and sort them by active or inactive status. Upload important documents, add new charges, attach notes, see a list of project phases, and assign phase-specific tasks to staff members!
Tasks
Create new tasks, assign them to staff members, and give them a timeframe for completion. Tasks can be associated with jobs and phases within jobs, and once created can be seen in an overall calendar view.
Clients
View a full list of clients along with their relevant information, such as address, email, and a brief description. For each individual client, see the information for listed contacts, notes, charges made, and any projects associated with that client.
Reporting
Fill out daily work reports, safety reports, and time entries, all of which will be stored securely in one location. Easily approve submitted time entries, view daily reports, and look closely at where workers are spending their time with our easy to use Lookup Tool!
