View a full list of clients along with their relevant information, such as address, email, and a brief description. For each individual client, see the information for listed contacts, notes, and associated projects, as well as being able to bill clients directly.
Projects
Have the ability to view a complete list of all projects and use advanced search features to find what you need. Upload important documents, add new charges, attach notes, see a list of project phases, and assign tasks to employees!
Employees
Keep track of how your employees spend their time at work. View their time entries and learn how much time is going into each of your projects. Employees can view all their assigned tasks and then check them off as they are completed.
Communications
Communicate directly with clients through an instant messaging system. Clients will be able to respond directly from their Client Portal and engage with you as needed. Get notified when new messages are sent, and save important messages as notes.
